I’m Ekjot Kaur, a creator at heart, a storyteller by soul, and a designer by passion.

My journey began in the world of Human Resources with some of the most prestigious names in hospitality, Marriott, DLF Premium Clubs, and Taj, but creativity has always been my true language. Whether it’s designing graphics, curating events, styling spaces, or visualizing stories through film, I’ve always been the one people turned to when something needed to feel different.

At Marriott, during my internship, I was recognized not just for my commitment but also for the creativity I brought into everyday moments. I was pre-placed even before I completed my training. One of my proudest memories? Painting a wall in the staff cafeteria at Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad, a piece of art that still stands there today.

At DLF Premium Clubs, I got hands-on experience managing 12 elite units, leading employee engagement and being appreciated by management for the energy and originality I infused into every design, every event. Then came Taj, where I was given the freedom to dream big. I organized two grand internal events that left a lasting impression, so much so that and placed on the staff cafeteria wall.

And somewhere along the way, Contentbuzz was born.

For the longest time, my seniors, mentors, and colleagues would tell me, “You need to start something of your own, this is what you’re made for.” Deep down, I knew they were right. I’ve always had a heart for storytelling, for creating, for building something that leaves a mark. So I took the leap, and Contentbuzz.co became my canvas.

Today, Contentbuzz is more than just a content agency, it’s where brands find their voice, where strategy meets story, and where creativity is never boxed in.

But the creator in me still had more to give.

Throughout my career, one thing I’ve always tried to do, no matter the role or the title, is to create a space for people to just be themselves. At every workplace, I initiated programs that gave my colleagues a chance to reconnect with who they truly were, beyond their job titles and routines. A space where they could explore their hidden passions, relieve stress, and feel seen for more than just their responsibilities. These moments weren’t just initiatives, they became reminders that everyone deserves a little room to breathe, express, and create.

That experience, and that belief, led to the birth of Slayyxxart.

Slayyxxart is a community for artists, by artists. It’s built for those who’ve had potential but lacked guidance. For those who’ve had dreams but no mentor. For those who’ve been too busy surviving to nurture their creative soul. Just like I once gave my team a space to pause, express, and rediscover themselves, I now want to give that gift to the world.

This is my way of creating a home for the lost artists, a place where they can belong, be inspired, and build something beautiful.

This space is a reflection of all that I am, passionate, persistent, and endlessly inspired.
